Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 12, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions explain how you can access and use the GoGoProp lending platform. The GoGoProp group of companies runs the Platform and is referred to as “GoGoProp”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The specific GoGoProp company you deal with depends on your location and the service you use.
The Financial Conduct Authority registration held by GoGoProp Finance UK Limited covers anti-money-laundering supervision only. It is not FCA authorisation, and the FCA does not assess or approve our lending.
2. Definitions
- Platform: The GoGoProp web application, including the borrower and introducer portal and our internal staff command centre.
- User: Anyone who accesses the Platform. That includes Clients, Brokers and Staff.
- Client: A borrower or prospective borrower who submits an enquiry or a loan application.
- Broker: A broker, introducer or intermediary who submits or manages deals for Clients.
- Staff: GoGoProp employees and authorised personnel who use internal features.
- Loan Agreement: The separate, binding facility agreement and related documents that govern any loan we provide. This is the document that creates a loan. These Terms do not.
3. Who can use the platform
The Platform is designed for business and professional use related to short-term property finance.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Platform.
Some features require an invitation or approval. We may verify your identity before granting access. If you are a Broker, we may also check your firm and regulatory status.
4. The platform is not a loan offer
This is the most important section on this page, so we have kept it plain.
Nothing on the Platform is a binding offer of finance. Indicative figures, calculator results and any Decision in Principle (“DIP”) are indications only. They tell you what a loan might look like. They do not commit us to lending, and you should not treat them as a decision.
A DIP is always subject to further steps. Before any loan goes ahead, we need to complete full underwriting, a valuation, satisfactory identity and anti-money-laundering checks, and a signed Loan Agreement. Any of these can change the outcome.
The Platform does not provide financial advice. We do not advise you on whether a loan is right for you. If you need advice, please consult an independent professional.
What we lend for. GoGoProp lends only for unregulated buy-to-let and commercial purposes.
What your loan depends on. Any loan is subject to your status, our lending criteria and available funding. Our criteria include a maximum 65% net loan-to-value and a first legal charge over the property.
You have to repay your loans. Do not pay any intermediaries. Your property may be at risk if you do not keep up repayments under a Loan Agreement.
Hong Kong disclosure: Money Lender’s Licence No. 1341/2025. Borrowing costs money, so please read all loan documents carefully before you sign.
5. Your account and security
Your login details are personal. Keep them confidential and do not share your account or let others use it.
You are responsible for all activity on your account.
If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, email support@gogoprop.com immediately. The sooner you let us know, the more we can help.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
- use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or to help money laundering, fraud or financial crime
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, to other people’s accounts, or to our systems
- introduce malware, scrape data, or interfere with how the Platform runs or how it stays secure
- upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes someone else’s rights
We take these seriously. Section 15 explains what happens if you breach them.
7. Information and documents you provide
All information you submit must be accurate, current, and complete, and you are entitled to provide it.
We use the information you give us to review enquiries and meet our legal duties. That is why it is so important.
If you give false information, we may refuse your application, suspend your access, and report it to the relevant authorities.
8. If you are a broker or introducer
When you use the Platform as a Broker, you confirm three things:
- You have authority. You have the necessary authority and consents to submit and manage information for your Clients, including their agreement to share their personal data with us.
- You stand behind what you submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.
- You must meet your own obligations. You must follow the laws and regulations that apply to your activities, including data protection and anti-money-laundering rules.
9. Third-party services
The Platform uses other companies’ services to run the lending process:
- Cynopsis Solutions for identity and anti-money-laundering screening
- HomeTrack for automated property valuations
- Property Data for property intelligence
Sometimes the Platform will send you directly to one of these providers, such as for your identity check with Cynopsis. When you use their service, their terms and privacy notice apply instead of ours.
We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
10. Our intellectual property
We own or license the Platform, its software, design, content, and trademarks. The law protects these rights.
We give you a limited right to use the Platform for its intended purpose. That right is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and we can withdraw it.
Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Platform.
11. Availability & no warranty
We do our best to keep the Platform available, secure, and accurate.
We provide the Platform “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee it will always work without interruption or error, or that calculator results and third-party data will be free from error. Please treat these figures as examples, not as facts you can rely on.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow us to. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and liability for fraud.
Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or loss from relying on indicative figures or third-party data.
Subject to the first paragraph above, our total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited to £100.
This limit applies to the Platform only. Your Loan Agreement contains its own liability terms, and those govern the loan itself.
13. Confidentiality
The Platform holds confidential and commercially sensitive information, including Client data and internal deal information.
If you have access to that information, particularly as Staff or a Broker, you must keep it confidential, use it only for its intended purpose, and not disclose it unless we permit it or the law requires it.
14. Data protection
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and with applicable data-protection law: UK GDPR, and in Hong Kong the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
Please read the Privacy Policy. It explains what we collect, why we need it, who sees it, and the rights you can exercise.
15. Suspending or terminating your access
We may suspend or end your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms, if security or the law requires it, or if we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud.
Some parts of these Terms carry on after your access ends, because they need to. These include intellectual property, confidentiality, and our liability limits.
Ending your Platform access does not end a Loan Agreement. If you have borrowed from us, that agreement still applies on its own terms.
16. Changes to these terms
We update these Terms when our services or our legal duties change. The date and version number at the top always show the current version.
If we make a change that significantly affects your rights or obligations, we will tell you before it takes effect. Where the law requires it, we will give you a 30-day notice.
If you keep using the Platform after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Platform and contact us.
17. Governing law
Which law applies depends on which GoGoProp company you are dealing with:
- If your relationship is with GoGoProp Finance Limited (Hong Kong), the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region govern these Terms, and the Hong Kong courts have jurisdiction.
- If your relationship is with GoGoProp Finance UK Limited, the laws of England and Wales govern these Terms, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
18. Contact
If you have any questions about these Terms, feel free to email support@gogoprop.com, or write to us at the relevant registered address in Section 1.
